Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Furrow Orb-weaver, Larinioides cornutus. No orb-weaver is considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though so of course see a doctor if you react in a way that causes concern. I hope you have a quick and uneventful recovery.
