The pic is a bit pixelated, I think she’s Araneus diadematus, a Cross Orbweaver. She’ll make her egg sac in Autumn. You should be able to visit her every night, they’re easiest to find by using a flashlight to spot the web. She might hide in a resting spot during the day. She is not dangerous to people nor pets, she just wants to eat insects to nourish the eggs growing inside her. She’ll keep getting bigger until she deposits her eggs.
