Hi Everyone, There were three of these in my rented cottage this Summer. Two large and one much smaller. One of them had lost two legs somehow. They were nocturnal creatures and they kept their distance from me. When the timing was right, I relocated them to the firewood stack outdoors. My photos aren't the best, but I wanted to capture it's height. This was the largest of the trio.

This looks like a Funnel Weaver, likely Tegenaria sp.

Yes, you’re absolutely right. Agelenidae may vary a lot within the same species.
