I’m not sure. There are two species of Black Widows in Delaware, Latrodectus mactans and Latrodectus variolus. The red markings are on the top of the spider, the “hourglass” mark should be on the underside. Sometimes when the markings are weird, someone is playing a prank on someone with a Halloween decoration. Did you actually see her move?

That’s definitely a black widow I found my second one this year in Middletown delaware
