Hi, I removed your duplicate submission. Tentatively this looks like it could be Hypomma bituberculatum: http://srs.britishspiders.org.uk/portal.php/p/Summary/s/Hypomma+bituberculatum
thank you very much
do you know any other insect identification forums like this but for other insects, I know about Ispot
Patrick a
I like BugGuide.net but that only covers USA and Canada. Others I’m aware of but haven’t used much are ProjectNoah.org and iNaturalist.org
okay thankyou very much
are you sure you have spelt Hypomma bitubercalatum correctly, if you type it in to google nothing comes up and it asks if I was meaning Hypomma tuberculatum.
Patrick
Typo, off by one letter (Hypomma bitubercalatum = Hypomma bituberculatum) but I had left a link above to a species page with an image for comparison and info. There are other species in the genus but H. biturberculatam looks the most likely. Here is the page again:
http://srs.britishspiders.org.uk/portal.php/p/Summary/s/Hypomma+bituberculatum
Less common and it looks like the coloration is more brown (though color is not the always reliable) is Hypomma cornutum: http://srs.britishspiders.org.uk/portal.php/p/Summary/s/Hypomma+cornutum
http://srs.britishspiders.org.uk/portal/p/Picture/s/Hypomma+cornutum+male
And there’s also Hypomma fulvum but it looks like that has more of a Southern range:
