I think it might be a larinioides cornutus but I'm not sure because the abdomen seem too small, what do you think?

She is an Orbweaver. I think she’s Araneus diadematus. It is a safe guess for European Orbweavers. They migrated to North America and are common here now. The abdomen size varies the most with gender. This is a species that displays gender dimorphic gigantism. The females are scientific giants, they have more molts in a longer growth development period than the males. I think it’s a good guess, but the white cross markings across the abdomen seem to point to a a Cross Orb-weaver (Araneus diadematus).
Thank you for your help ! I did not think of it as a cross since there was two lines of whites, it’s harder than i thought to identify spiders because there is so much variance between the indivuals.
That is absolutely correct. For instance, Araneus diadematus comes in different colors and the cross mark may be unclear sometimes. You have to focus on the markings at the anterior of the abdomen and see if you can spot a white cross there.
