Orange Marbled Orb weaver
This seems to be a female Shamrock Orb- Weaver.

Here’s a great tip a scientist gave me for recognizing this species – The legs are red close to the body, then white, red, white, black, white, black.
Shamrock Orbweavers have alternating dark and light legs band markings.
