I was thinking it was a tick at first, its super tiny. Maybe 2 or 3 mm. I tried to get a frontal pic but was unsuccessfull. Still, an interesting little bug nonetheless. Such vivid red, figured it was worth sharing. Thanks for the comment!
Right, I’ve only lived here for one summer, this will be my second and I never saw one of these last year. Still a cool little bright red bug nonetheless! Thanks for the comment!
This looks like a mite to me.
I agree. Looks to be a Red Velvet Mite in the Allothrombium genus.

Looks like a mite or a tick tbh, but it can be a crab spider too
The length of the legs doesn’t look consistent with a Thomisidae or a Philodromidae.

You’re welcome. I know absolutely nothing about Arachnids other than spiders, but the ID suggested by @LittleSlingLover looks great to me.
Thanks to the comments I’ve been able to do more, better research, I beleive its a Trombicula mite!
I think so. I’m not sure about the size. There are tiny red mites that are parasites on spiders. Sometimes we get photos of the parasitised spiders.
