Can anyone tell me what kind of spider this guy is? He's running around my office like he owns the place!

Wow, such a beautiful spider! I think yours is a male, possibly looking for a female.

He really is rather handsome but he’s quite distracting as he goes zooming around! Good suggestion, they do look similar.
Hehe! Yes, distracting. If you want him out of your office, a nearby lawn or field would be a good habitat for him. Alternatively, you could name him and consider him a helpful coworker. You could call him after one of the people who lived in the city of Nyssa in Cappadocia (part of Turkey today) at the time of the Roman Empire:
