Garden Spider? In amongst tomato plants

Indeed many call that a “garden spider” but that’s like saying “hound” for any hunting dog- not that I have any say in it LOL, doesn’t bother me… just in case others throw a mix of the words around you can be prepared. That looks very much like a black and yellow “garden spider”, or yellow garden spider, writing spider, zig zag spider, etc.. and the scientific community keeps track of them as Argiope aurantia. Yes, Argiope aurantia. We’re calling them Black and Yellow Garden Spiders. LOL – you write like I talk! 😉 Beware…from experience, you can “time out the portal” on this site by typing too long. It won’t upload at all, which is a bummer after putting so much time into an answer.
