I believe this was a juvenile Broad-Faced Sac Spider (f). She moved quickly but was not aggressive.

I found her in my kitchen and eventually was able to collect her and move her outdoors. I did pick her up/let her climb into my hand (at first) and she didn’t try to bite. Gentle but cautious spider really, it seems?
