I appreciate the warm welcome. I live in Arizona and it looked like there were a lot of submissions from here. The Southwestern U.S. is definitely my core region.
Fantastic! The regions of our volunteers really makes a difference in our coverage. I have the East Coast as my familiar area since I travel the coast visiting relatives From NH to FL and visiting their yards for spider hunting. Our site is fortunate to also have volunteers in Europe and Africa. The arid regions generate submissions of insects and arachnids other than spiders. They aren’t our specialty, but we try to give the best answers we can anyway. 🙂
