Roused this one from sleep probably. She was discovered as I unfolded a ladder to hang Christmas lights.

The Tangle Web Spiders keep me entertained too. 🙂 Anyphaena recently showed us that there is a similar-looking genus of Theridiidae, Asagena. https://bugguide.net/node/view/263227 They seem to be more gold or red than Steatoda triangulosa and have bigger gold lateral markings. I didn’t check the if you’re in the geographic range. I don’t know, she looks a bit unusual in body tint and markings.
I like how she’s dangling like a holiday decoration.
Yes, I agree a little unusual. S. triangulosa was pure guess.
