It is a Cellar Spider in family Pholcidae. The coloring is unusual. There are some native species that we rarely receive photos of, this may be one of them. The markings before and after the leg joints are useful for identifying this family. They are a totally harmless kind of spider to people. My house is full of Cellar Spiders too. They are very good at catching fruit flies. Hopefully we will be able to give you a more specific ID after some research.
