I think this might be Philaeus chrysops. One of them turned up in a garden in Ireland in 2020 and caused a stir as they are not native. They are native to southern Europe. The Arachnologist who identified him described him as a handsome chappie. A few have been seen in the UK but no more in Ireland. There are pictures which match him on this website under the family Salticidae (Jumping spiders)
