This is a jumping spider. I think it is a male in the genus Phidippus. My guess would be Phidippus audax, which is apparently the most common jumping spider seen in and around Pennsylvania homes. Another similar Jumping spider found in Pennsylvania is – – P. regius. That one is described as the largest jumping spider found in Pennsylvania. I’m afraid I can’t tell them apart .https://bugguide.net/node/view/2006
