This photo is a zoomed in screenshot, the spider is actually tiny and looks absolutely harmless, the tiny flicker of green just about caught my off when flicking off my leg. May have followed my uncle from California, definitely does not look native to Ireland.

I think this is the green cucumber spider or the more proper name Araniella cucurbitina.
