Possibly a Hump-Backed Orb Weaver. My camera didn't do a great job on capturing the spider, but it's a close match in real life. The web resembled one of an Orb Weaver, too.

Hi, she definitely is an orbweaver. She might be Neoscona crucifera. Other people’s cameras have often focused on the web or the substrate surface instead of the spider too. I don’t know how to adjust for that, I’m experimenting. From what I’ve read while shopping for clip-on cell phone lenses, most cell cameras autofocus at the same depth.
