Yellow-black garden spider?
Agreed. Argipoe aurantia, family Arandeidae
Argiope aurantia, the black and yellow, sometimes know as the golden, garden spider. Argiope gets its genus name from the silver hair covering the thorax. Another characteristic of the Argiopes is the zig-zag pattern of silk they weave in the center of their webs. These are pretty common in gardens, on fences, and around homes.
