Hi. this is one of the male orb weavers, Araneidae family. None of these are dangerous at all, a beneficial spider, just no call to kill any of these, much less for fear alone. As a kid, I was forever playing with these, taking them ou of their web, letting hem crawl on hands and arms, mke a live yo-yo of them, then put them back, Never bitten by any of this family, and no harm if the should.
