It looks like one of the Lynx Spiders in the family Oxyopidae. Looking at the pattern on the back of the abdomen, I’m leaning towards Peucetia viridans, the Green Lynx Spider, but not certain. Like the related Fishing Spider family, they practice some rudimentary maternal care of the young and the female guards the young until they are ready to disperse on their own.
