Hi. Your spider is one of he very harmless female orb weavers, Arneidae family. No detail to peg genus or species. She won’t come indoors, If she is out of the way, I would just leave her undisturbed. On you is no problem, they don’t bite, children are notorious for playing with these. If you have to relocate her, easy enough to get her nearby on a window, places like that are where the bugs are. You know she is there, just watch for her big web after dark. Thanks so much for your help. I need to move her she is in the middle of my back door. The dog just runs under. Maybe she can like the window just as much
