I believe this is a cross orbweaver (Araneus diadematus). We have quite a few I’m our yard especially where leaves have piled. I’ll be cleaning up the yard this month and just want to verify what I’ll be encountering.

Legs look like a cross orb weaver. When looking at top of abdomen their is what resembles a white cross. They’re harmless.
