My guess is that its an problem spider. But I don't know.

I have the same spider outside of my living room window and have been trying to find the type. So far, the interwebs are calling it a “female common house spider”. Says the legs are brown with yellow rings at each joint.
I looked at some pictures of female common house spiders. My spider kinda looks like it but is more “fluffy” in a way.
