Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 Unfortunately there isn’t enough detail here for me to give you an ID. Might be a Wolf Spider (Lycosidae)… Might be a Hacklemesh Weaver (Amaurobiidae)… Might be something else. I at least don’t recognize it as something medically significant though I wouldn’t want whatever it is in my bed, not medically significant isn’t to say a self defense bite from one wouldn’t hurt if you rolled on to it. The spider can’t be identified from the bite marks, but a Black Lace Weaver (Amaurobius ferox) is what I was thinking when I suggested Amaurobiidae, that is what family they are in. The site is new and still being built, only single images can be uploaded so far but linking images is on the administrator’s to-do list. If you have a better image, sure feel free to upload it.
