Hi, it’s Argiope apensa, an orbweaver type of spider. Don’t worry, they are not considered dangerous. The venom and bite is said to be like a bee sting in both sensation and the body’s reaction. Orbweavers are very unlikely to bite, you have to do something very unwise to get bitten, like putting it in your pocket. They have strong webs and are good at catching insects, they’re good to have around.
