Hi! That’s a Camel Spider, also known as a Red Roman spider. They are arachnid/Scorpion mix, so they use their front claw-like mouths to pinch you (like a crab) they are not venomous, but if a bite breaks the skin, it could cause an infection. No need to see a doctor, just disinfect thoroughly.
