Found according to the photographer, in a New Hampshire target. Decided to ask for an opinion from some more knowledgeable folks after push back.

It appears to be a male Giant Crab Spider, Heteropoda venatoria, part of the Huntsman Spider family Sparassidae. They are common throughout the more tropical parts of the world and often found inside and around buildings. They do not naturally occur as far north as NH.
