Guessing it's some kind of house spider? We see ALOT of these in the house, always on the ceiling. Rarely ever do we see them anywhere else in the house. Messy or clean thin cacoon web. Sensitive to movement or vibrations and fast

And they disappeared during winter, Looks like Larry came back for some tea! BLOODY HELL MATE, GO AWAY!
Uh..and it was kind of dark and blurry there. I thought to myself, “Is that some kind of yellow sac spider?..” Why always in the dusty mess BEHIND me?!
They are one of the Sac Spiders in the families Clubionidae, Chieracanthidae or Anyphaenidae. There are several species regularly found in homes and the silk retreat you describe at the ceiling is very typical of the Clubionids.
