I was cleaning the skimmer from pool and dead frog and this spider was found in debris. I have never found one before. Had to ask FB Friends to identify. Friends think it’s a Wolf spider or a Six Spotted Fishing Spider.

Yes, that looks like Dolomedes triton, a Six-spotted Fishing Spider. It is possible that the spider is responsible for the death of the frog if the frog looks a bit shriveled. We recently had a posting of a fishing spider eating a frog and one of a spider eating a goldfish.
