What is this? Definitely a juvenile - very tiny. Found on balcony of Washington DC apartment.

Hi, this looks like a Dwarf Spider (Linyphiidae/Erigoninae), and it appears to be an an adult or nearly so … the swollen appearance of the pedipalps – which are the leg-like appendages near the spider’s mouth are indicative of a penultimate or mature male. I can’t be sure of the genus as there are too many similar possibilities, these usually need to be examined under a microscope to ID to species but there are a few similar ones here you can compare to: https://bugguide.net/node/view/89025/bgpage
