Found this guy on the carpet of my finished basement. Does not run. VERY aggressive. Bites anything that I place near it. I plan to set it free away from the house after someone can ID the fellow for me. Thanks.

Looking through some of the other pics on here now. Possible Female Antrodiaetus pacificus???
Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 Sorry for the delay, I don’t know what happened with this one, it got filed without a comment! Yes, this is an Antrodiaetus sp., there are 5 eastern species though (A. pacificus is western) I don’t know which exact one this is.
