I found this spider next to my babies crib I would like to know more about it besides it just looking poisonous

Hi, I would guess that this is a false widow, more specifically a Seatoda triangulosa. A bite from a false widow is about as serious as a bee sting – annoying, but not genuinely dangerous.
However, any type of bite or sting is still not great for babies, so personally I would relocate the spiders away from the baby when necessary. But don’t get too worried about it – I can’t stress enough that they are not seriously dangerous.
