Yes I think you’re correct. It does resemble the photos when I looked up Wolf spider. Big bugger. even more scary looking when they have their spiderettes on their back. Thank you.
Male Rabid Wolf Spider, Rabidosa rabida. (Not so scary as the name would imply.)
