I don’t know which species yet, this is an Orbweaver in family Aranidae. She isn’t dangerous to people. They prey mostly on flying insects, such as wasps. She is one of the spiders that make the classic orb web. It is concentric circles (orbs) with radiating straight support strands. The spiderweb emoji is based on it. Unfortunately I can’t use that emoji with this site’s programming. I like what you wrote in your profile. Most of us were raised to fear and avoid spiders. That makes them mysterious and interesting.
