So I am leaning toward Cheiracanthium inclusum ( blackfooted yellow sac). My buddy is thinking she’s a huntsman. Found up near the ceiling of the living room, she has spun a web quickly in both containers I’ve had her in and is very active.

How long is the spider, not including legs? The photo is cool, did you use a fisheye or macro lens? a Cheiracanthum species is most likely, with the black deet and body shape. I haven’t looked up the eye arrangement. They do tend to stay on walls near the ceiling. Does the web look like a pouch or sac?
Length is about 1.25- 1.5 inches, the webs were just lined across the jar, I think the spider spun just to anchor itself the walls of the jar , so not developed enough to really tell what they will be. No fisheye lens , just an iPhone but the container caused a bit of distortion. My friend, whose house it was, said she finds them always near the ceiling.
