She’s in genus Parasteatoda of family Theridiidae. Here’s one of my own photos of a female and males: https://spiderid.com/picture/97488/ They are called Common House Spiders, though they seem to usually be outdoors. I think they mostly eat small moths and really tiny flying insects, but I’ve seen mine catch tiny katydids or immature bush crickets.
