Comments & ID Thoughts
I think it’s a Hogna - tigrosa annexa (?)
Found in my bathtub where it stayed for two days. I gently moved it out to the adjoining room; it goes into a sort of fetal position (maybe playing dead?) when nudged.
An hour later, it returned to the bathroom and took a spot in the corner of the outside of the tub in a grungy grouted area. Guess I have a new quarantine pet unless I should move it outside(?) Hope y’all are staying safe from Covid19 these days.

This is a wolf spider, Tigrosa Annexa,
They are completely harmless buddy 🙂
Thanks for confirming my ID. I’ve always loved spiders. Sadly, I found what I assume is this same one curled up dead in another room a couple of days later. Haven’t had the house sprayed for termites and pests in several years, but maybe some corners are still poisonous.
Yw and I love spiders 2. Poor little fella!
