This looks like a brown recluse to me
No its a member of the Philodromidae (Running-Crab Spider) family. They are harmless. The way you can identify members of the Philodromidae family is by looking at their leg lengths. The second pair of legs is always the longest set of legs that they have.
Abdomen and legs do not appear to be Brown recluse
