My guess is a male Linyphiidae of some sort?
Hi, the profile of the prosoma does have Linyphiidae look to it,that with the tiny size usually less than 5 MM.
Could be female ?
My assumption to it being a male is purely by the hue of the legs, which is a lighter hue of brown on most females. ( Purely by looking at Google images and Wikipedia – I could be talking out of my ass )
Gender is uncertain, I use some good magnification or microscope for any certainty.
Adult males do have an enlarged embolus. You may be correct.
