I’m guessing this is a Wolf Spider.
Checking game cameras along Black Creek in southern Mississippi and I didn’t see this spider until it crossed the strap of the camera.

That makes sense. The creek went up 10′ over night and it was on a tree next to creek.

The “White Band” of the White-Banded Fishing Spider is visible in this photo below the eyes. That is the thing you can learn from this one. 🙂 Happy 50th Earth Day!
