I think its a house spider or at least hoping so.. We have a lot of them lately inside my house..

Some species are commonly found indoors, it might be the one I linked to above (Scotophaeus blackwalli). They’re not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though and babies are more sensitive. You can reduce the number of spiders you see in your home by sealing cracks around floors, doors, windows, foundation etc., vacuum everywhere and empty the canister outside. I’m not aware of any that work well. To avoid pesticide sealing up cracks works well, and for out of the way places that can’t be sealed sticky traps catch things.
