Hi, your spider looks to be a female wolf spider,Lyosidae family, with her egg sac in tow.
Not enough detail to peg genus or spices. Not much of concern, they are venomous like bees and capable of biting if provoked. An outdoor spider, she would be happier out in your garden or yard.
A small wolf spider I caught: https://www.flickr.com/photos/32083154@N02/9465474946/in/dateposted/
Looks like her eggs may hatch soon, Mama will carry her spiderlings about a week or two, then molt and leave for a life of their own.
