I first thought this was a hobo spider but the marking on the back doesn't seem to be the typical straight line. The legs are the same color and you can see what looks like spinnerets at the back of its abdomen. The abdomen is entirely black. Even with extra light it is difficult to make out any markings upon the abdomen. I found it crawling on my bedroom wall. This is a very quick spider compared to some others I have seen in my house.

Hi, yourspider is one of the ground spiders in the Gnaphosidae family. Those prominent tail pipes is a clue to these. Not certain of genus or species.
Hobo spiders are funnel weavers, usually a bit larger and leggier. They are not dangerous BTW.
