Western black widow (Latrodectus hesperus)
That’s actually a Brown Widow. The western widow is what’s called a true widow and is completely black with a red hour glass. The southern widow is smaller than most and is also black with red hourglass however the also have 3-4 red or orange red dots in a straight line on the top. The brown widow as pictured is obviously brown and with have geometric patches on the top. Those patches can range in color from white to a burnt red color the will also have jagged cream colored stripes on the sides.
Unless it’s a juvenile Western black widow then yea
