That one only has the one white band.
Ah hah! That may be what I wasn’t getting.
The more I’ve been researching and comparing previously IDd females and mine it appears to be the one visible difference. I’m starting to think I should take some entomology courses online once my daughter starts school. I’m fascinated!
This one has two. I’m noticing these are lighter but not sure if that’s enough to go on yet.

Back to the drawing board! Eris sp. female it is.
I don’t know if there are online arachnology courses, but I think if you do entomology they likely won’t spend much time on spiders. Sounds like fun either way.
