I think it's somewhere related to the widow-family. It has some aspects that look similair to a brown widow spider, but especially the male is interesting.

Wow, that is stunning. It looks like you have the Asian Hermit Spider, Nephilengys malabarensis. It does have some similar markings to a brown widow. It’s actually classified in Family Araneidae, with the orb-weavers, which I find puzzling. iNaturalist has pictures of both the female and the male:
