That’s the species that Charlotte is in the book, “Charlotte’s Web.” Yes, you have Orbweavers in Canada. 🙂 Yours is female and she’s not fat, she prefers the term, “gravid.” The females are scientifically deemed giants (sexually dimorphic gigantism) compared to the males. They have a longer growth period plus their unfertilized eggs are getting larger inside of them. Her abdomen can stretch quite a bit. She actually doesn’t visit, she’s always nearby.
