Hi. Looks like something a Mastophora genus might make.

Ray Spiders (Theridiosoma) make similar sacks, I can’t tell if this is the same though – probably not. Looks slightly different. I think some Cobweb Spiders (Theridiidae) have similar ones too but can’t find a good one to compare to.
