Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a mother Wolf Spider (Lycosidae) carrying her spiderlings.
Thank you itsybitsy, my initial hunch was wolf spider but most of the wolf spiders I’ve seen online are brown so was a little thrown off. Appreciate your reply
